• Product introduction

     Sodium silicate is co-melted of silica (quartz sand) and soda ash in the melting furnace,then cooling crush,use coal/gas/natural gas to be fuel.
     Sodium silicate can be made by two ways, Dry Process and wet process.But usually Dry process is commonly used to produce solid sodium silicate, and then dissolved into the required specifications of liquid sodium silicate, the conversion rate was 1: 2.5. Solid sodium silicate is conducived to transport and storage.

• Applications

      Mainly used for paper making, soap industry, construction, precision casting, anti-corrosion materials, textile industry, mineral flotation etc. That is used in the manufacture of silica gel, silica white, zeolite molecular sieve, sodium metasilicate, silica sol, silicon layer silicon and instant powdered sodium silicate, sodium silicate and other silicate products, also the basic raw material of silicon compound.
